How do I book?
We have a superb quality online booking system on our website where you can book online via our quick hassle free form. You can click check availability or book online at the bottom of the items page. Alternatively if you would like to contact us, you can call our office on 01740650966. We also have a Contact Us link where you can send us an email, this option is preferred on evenings and weekends as our team may be out on deliveries.

When you make a booking, a member of our team will review everything before confirming. We will contact you if any changes need to be made. If you have any questions upon booking, please email us or call the office.
All bookings require a deposit of 20% to secure your date. Once deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. After 24 hours, any unsecured bookings are cancelled and become available online to the public.

Q. What device can i use?
A. You can use any device that can connect via HDMI cable such as fire stick, laptop, DVD/Blu ray player, sky box & games console.
Q. How does it work?
A. The projector works very much like a TV, simply plug in your device, press the "source" button and you're all set, don't worry our team will show you how it works on set up.
Q. Do you provide the film?
A. No, due to copyright we do not supply the media. We supply the screen, projector, stand and speaker, we may also have some cables if needed to connect a device from a distance. Please contact us if this is the case.
Q. Can i use the cinema outdoors?
A. Yes absolutely, just please be aware that unless booked with our XL black out tent, that the picture will not show until it gets dark, this applies especially in the summer months. Please also make sure your device and Wi-Fi signal are within reach of the setup area. We recommend testing this before booking. If your Wi-Fi doesn't reach, an ethernet cable may help when plugged from your Wi-Fi box to your relocated device.
Q. Can I see the screen in the day?
A. You will need to book a tent for daytime cinema. Although our projectors are fantastic quality, nothing can compete with the sun. Even the real cinema needs a dark room! Please check out our Daytime Cinemas section for day screens.
Q. What do i need for the cinema?
A. You will need a secure area, preferably grass if outdoors. You will need a compatible device such as fire stick, laptop etc., 2 mains plug sockets available (1 for the projector and 1 for the speaker) Plus a good internet connection or ethernet cable to reach your device.
Q. Can I use in poor weather?
A. As long as the projector and speaker are kept dry then yes, the screens will not be affected by the rain. In the event of windy conditions, our inflatable screens may become unavailable due to health and safety regulations set out by HSE. Strong winds may also affect some tent hires. We highly recommend our XL cinema tent which is waterproof and can provide substantial shelter in bad weather.
