Cinema Terms of hire

Our cinemas are a great way to enjoy family get togethers, sports events and movie nights!

We want you to get the most fun experience with us which is why we have our terms of hire in place to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment.

• Please ensure you select the appropriate screen. We have a full range of sizes and styles to suit indoor, outdoor, night and day.
• It is your responsibility to select the screen suitable for your event. Night cinemas are NOT suitable for daytime viewing and can not be changed nor refunded once delivered.
• No smoking in or around any tents or around any of our equipment.
• Keep all animals away from the hired equipment.
• Do not attempt to move any equipment (unless advised) Inform your delivery team upon setup of any changes you wish to make.
• We do not supply films or media, You must provide your own device such as laptop, sky box, or firestick etc. Full information can be found on our Cinema Hire FAQ's.
• Keep all liquids away from electrical equipment.
• Do not use electrical equipment or extension leads for your own personal items such as phone chargers.
• No naked flames, barbeques or gas heaters in the tents.
• Projectors, speakers and other electrical equipment must be unplugged and stored in a dry area indoors after use.
• Any accidents MUST be reported.
