MAKING A BOOKING
When you book with The Northern Entertainment Co. You are required to cover a small booking fee of 20% to secure your service. This fee is non refundable and is simply to prevent your service from being booked by others. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a cancellation email and your booking will be deleted to become available to the public again.
Cancellations must be up to 7 days prior to your event
Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice will be required to pay in full.
Any monies paid will not be refunded, but may be transferred to an alternative date, service or credit note if contacted within the correct time scale.
Card on file
If you choose to pay online via Square, the card used upon booking will be stored on file. We do not have access to any card or bank details, however balances can be charged to that card. Failure to pay your balance will result in a charge to the card used upon booking.
Unpaid balances
Unpaid balances will be charged to the card used upon booking. Failure to pay remaining balances will result in legal action with possible additional charges.
If you wish to cancel, you must contact us via email.
If you change your mind on the day of your booking, you will not be refunded nor rebooked once the service has been carried out. You must get in touch immediately if there is an issue with your hire, so our team can rectify the situation quickly and effectively.
