Windy weather: Side walls on tents are advised to be taken down in strong winds and fastened on only when in use. Our gazebos are zip sides and Velcro along the top. We cannot control the weather and can only advise you on this.

Hard standing: We cannot set up a heavy duty gazebo on surfaces other than grass. Heavy gazebos must be secured into the ground using 116inch pegs.

Please DO NOT move the tent once set up has been completed. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by moving the gazebo, pegs or any other equipment.
