How do I book?
We have a superb quality online booking system on our website where you can book online via our quick hassle free form. You can click check availability or book online at the bottom of the items page. Alternatively if you would like to contact us, you can call our office on 01740650966. We also have a Contact Us link where you can send us an email, this option is preferred on evenings and weekends as our team may be out on deliveries.

When you make a booking, a member of our team will review everything before confirming. We will contact you if any changes need to be made. If you have any questions upon booking, please email us or call the office.
All bookings require a deposit of £20 to secure your date. Once deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. After 48 hours, any unsecured bookings are cancelled and become available online to the public.

What's included?
Each Bouncy Castle delivery includes the following:
- 1 x Inflatable
- 1 x Blower
- 1x 20M extension cable (used when necessary)
- 2 x Safety Mats
- 8 x Steel Pegs which will be anchored into the ground by our team. Please contact us if you have a surface other than REAL GRASS

Who does what?
Our Team will arrive at the arranged delivery location, assess the area and install the equipment in the most suitable place.
Please keep all access points clear of obstruction, this includes cars blocking entrances, wheelie bins and any items down sides of houses and passageways which could get damaged, cause delays or injury. Please keep all children and animals away from the set up area while our team work.
How long does set up take?
A bouncy castle delivery should take no longer than 15 minutes max to set up. Any delays will cause a domino effect on our day. If you have a hall booked, please choose your booking time accordingly. If our team have to wait around, they may have to move on to the next job and come back at a later time if possible. Please read our terms and conditions of hire.
Garden Hires
Garden deliveries start from as early as 8am and are delivered based solely on your drivers route. Please note, if you request a certain time on your booking form, we may need to change it to suit, we cannot provide an eta until 24 hours prior due to volume of deliveries. Garden hire collections start from 4pm and depend solely on your drivers route.
Delivery Areas
We are based in Ferryhill, County Durham. We cover the whole of the North East including Spennymoor, Newton aycliffe, Bishop Auckland, Stockton, Hartlepool, County Durham, Teesside, Cleveland, Tyne & Wear. Take a look at our post code checker to find out if we deliver to you!
Staffing Requirements.
This product is delivered unmanned. Responsible adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the inflatable. We do supply staff at an additional rate of £40 per hour to supervise the inflatable. Parents and guardians however must stay with their children at all times, our staff cannot be held responsible for your children, our team are ensuring the safety measures of the inflatable and any hired equipment only.
Power Requirements.
Our Bouncy Castle requires a 240V mains socket within 20 meters of the set up area. Please contact us if your power source is further away.
If you have no power, a generator will be required. You will need to book a 3KVA Generator. Your generator must be suitable ie: insured, serviced and from a reputable company.
