How to Book
Simply visit our website and use our convenient online booking system. Check availability and select your desired date and time. Alternatively, you can contact our office at 0191 653 1200 or send us an email through our Contact Us page.
When making a booking, our team will review the details and confirm your reservation. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your date, and once paid, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that unsecured bookings are automatically canceled after 48 hours and become available to the public.
Delivery
🚚 We offer delivery of to various areas, including County Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Darlington, Middlesborough, Cleveland, Teesside, Northumberland, North East and Tyne and Wear. Wherever your event is taking place, we'll ensure that the is delivered and set up for you, ready to bring joy and laughter to your guests.

Important Notice
We will only set up an inflatable in compliance with HSE UK standard BSEN14960.
This means that the area MUST be suitable and secure for our team to install any equipment.
If you have ANY other surface besides real grass and soil, you must contact us before booking. This includes artificial grass which is most likely not suitable for inflatable hire.
Secure back garden or venue grounds hire only, we will not set up on communal areas, public car parks, streets or any other council or public land without written permission. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full information regarding inflatable hire.
Please note: We DO NOT supply generators. Our electrical blowers are connected to mains power supplied from homes and venues. We have extension cables for gardens which are a short distance from the building. However we cannot trail cables across roads or public pathways.
Wind Speed
On the day of your booking, you will receive a wind speed monitor (Anemometre) Your operator will show you how to use it to ensure maximum safety measures. In the event of gusts reaching 24mph, the inflatable must be vacated immediately and the castle switched off until the wind drops.
It is illegal for an inflatable to be hired out in wind speeds or gusts at 24 mph or higher.
We closely monitor the weather daily and will always inform our customers at the earliest point if the day of hire is predicted unsafe, in which case we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled booking.
This includes predicted gusts which can happen at any point of the day, even if the general weather is just breezy.
Your child's safety is paramount and no reputable or professional company would ever put lives at risk in order to make a profit.
On the day of your bouncy castle hire, we ask that you DO NOT CUT THE GRASS. Grass gets wet and sticks to the inflatable which makes our job a lot harder when cleaning.
Anchoring
We will only anchor an inflatable outdoor on suitable surfaces using steel pegs for grass or drill and bolts for hard standing. If you have a hard standing surface you MUST contact us upon booking so we can advise on whether it is suitable. We do not use sandbags outdoors. Please see our terms foor further information.
Hygiene
All of our equipment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each hire. We take pride in our hygiene standard. We deep clean all of our equipment using concentrate professional grade sterilizing fluid, covering every square inch, rinsing and then applying an air drying, skin kind sanitizer. Upon set up, a second spritz of sanitizer will be applied.
Staffing Requirements.
This product is delivered unmanned. Responsible adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the inflatable. We do supply staff at an additional rate of £40 per hour to supervise the inflatable. Parents and guardians however must stay with their children at all times, our staff cannot be held responsible for your children, our team are ensuring the safety measures of the inflatable and any hired equipment only.
Power Requirements.
Our Bouncy Castle requires a 240V mains socket within 20 meters of the set up area. Please contact us if your power source is further away.
If you have no power, a generator will be required. You will need to book a 3KVA Generator. Your generator must be suitable ie: insured, serviced and from a reputable company.

All hired equipment must be suitable for your garden or venue. Please ensure the size is right before booking. If you need to change anything, you must contact our office as soon as possible. In the event of an inflatable, marquee or cinema not fitting on the day, this will result in a cancellation and we may not be able to return due to volume of deliveries. Any payments made will not be refunded.
Please be sure of the services you choose to book. Read the products descriptions and contact the office if you are unsure of anything. We receive multiple phone calls and enquiries daily so unless you contact us, we may not know until it's too late.
If you have artificial grass, please do not select "real grass" as this is not a suitable surface. Our team need to be able to anchor pegs into the ground which will not only leave permanent holes in your garden, but the sand or gravel underneath is unsuitable for our pegs to secure the apparatus.
Please be sure to select the appropriate surface type for your hire. If your surface is not available for that product and you select a different type ie: selecting grass when you have tarmac. Our team will not be able set up due to health and safety as well as having inappropriate equipment to hand. There are reasons only certain surface types are available for products.
Private gardens only, your garden must be secure and on private property. We will not set up on driveways, public fields, communal areas, residential car parks or council land without written permission. Areas such as car parks must be private ie: belong to a venue. You must also select the appropriate surface for the item you wish to book. If you are unsure, please call our office for advice.
Slopes will need to be discussed due to health and safety. Please contact our office as we may require a photograph of the area.
